Is there a physical location where I can pick up my order?
No - Raw Dawg Life is an online-only marketplace that does not have stock available at a physical location. Our business address is our operational headquarters, and we are unable to process any exchanges, reprints, or replacements from this location.
Why isn’t my coupon code working?
Make sure the coupon you're trying to use has not expired, and that you're applying it to non-sale items only. During a site-wide sale, no further discounts can be applied.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Items purchased from artists on the TeePublic marketplace are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.
Why can't I reach a live person by phone?
Currently, we offer support via e-mail and Facebook. All our support channels are manned by real human beings who are more than happy to help you with whatever questions or concerns you have!
In recent months, we've transitioned away from phone support in order to provide the best service we can for our customers. We made the leap because it’s just not an efficient way for us to help people. Resolving an issue over the phone takes a lot longer than it does to resolve the same issue via chat or email. With keeping these matters on e-mail and the like, we also have an accurate record of what's been discussed already so you don't have to repeat yourself!
